The winter 2008 modular system sleeping bag is intended for use at temperatures up to approximately -6.5 °C, for short periods at temperatures up to about -20.0 °C. The winter sleeping bag is part of a modular system, together with the summer sleeping bag, depending on the current climatic conditions, it is possible to use both at the same time as a set at temperatures down to -30.0 °C.
Construction
The sleeping bag of the winter 2008 modular system is mummy-shaped, closed with a zipper covered by a flap and a lower leg. An opening for the face is made in the head part. There is a zippered pocket in the upper part of the shoulder. Inside the bag, there is a heat-insulating collar sewn into the shoulder area, fastened with press studs. The bottom of the bag is rectangular in shape and creates an increased space for the feet. The lower part of the bag is made of waterproof fabric and is equipped with two anti-slip strips. The lining of the bag is in the lower part in a reflective orange color design, the upper part of the lining is in khaki color. The fabrics and linings used have a hydrophobic treatment - resistance to surface wetting. The fabric of the lower part of the bag is additionally provided with a polyurethane coating, which resists the penetration of water at a value of min. 35 cm water column.
